Jeffrey waiting for his race at the Pinewood DerbyJeff and I were called to be the Cub Scout leaders last September over the Stake, and are so thrilled at how successful our program is running now . The parents we have in our troop are great and with their help we have been able to take a program that was not working at all, to a thriving and growing one! It has been so exciting to see the boys grow and progress. This is by far our most favorite calling in the Church. We just had our first Pinewood Derby, and it was so fun! Everyone chipped in and had a great time. Jeffrey had a blast! He just moved up into the Bear Group, and we are very proud of him for all the hard work he has put in for this achievement. He will be recieving his Wolf Badge, 1 Gold arrow point and 2 silver arrow points at the next Pack Meeting at the end of this month. Yeah!!! Jeffrey!
